Vista field

This 48,000SF commercial building is situated on the premium lot of the Vista Field development. The first floor will offer 5 retail/restaurant spaces to contribute life to the downtown area. Levels 2 and 3 will provide much needed apartments and levels 4-5 will house two-story condos with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies.

The Vista Field development has been over a decade in the making with 100 acres of raw land being repurposed from a pre-existing airport. We are excited to be the first developer to partner with the Port of Kennewick and the City of Kennewick to breathe new life into these 100 acres.
